Disable Link Lock in SpamTitan

The rewriting of URLs with Link Lock is built into the Email Security solution. Therefore, if Link Lock is enabled as part of your SpamTitan service, it must be disabled to allow Email Security to process mail accurately.

Select your product for steps to disable Link Lock.

Disable Link Lock in SpamTitan Skellig

Follow the steps below to disable Link Lock for a customer in SpamTitan Skellig (9.00 or later).

1. Log into SpamTitan Skellig.
2. Select a customer from the All Customers table.
3. Go to Filtering > Link Lock.
4. Select Disabled.

Disable Link Lock in SpamTitan (Legacy UI)

1. Follow the steps below to disable Link Lock for a domain in SpamTitan (8.00 or earlier).
2. Log into SpamTitan.
3. Go to Content Filtering > Link Lock and scroll to the Configuration panel.
4. In the Domains table, search for the domain for which you want to disable Link Lock. 
5. Select Disable, then click Apply.
