The earlier disruption affecting LinkLock processing within PhishTitan has now been resolved.

Mail queues have been successfully cleared, and the LinkLock rewriting service has been restored to the mail flow. We are observing normal processing behaviour, and services should now be operating as expected.

We recommend continued vigilance with any unexpected or suspicious emails and encourage reporting through the Outlook add-in as a best practice.

Our team will continue to monitor the platform closely to ensure ongoing stability.

Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this incident.

We are continuing to work through a backlog of messages and are taking a controlled approach to restore full service while maintaining platform stability.

Progress is being made, and the queue size is steadily decreasing; however, a full resolution timeframe is not yet available.

During this period, some variation in LinkLock processing may be experienced on incoming messages. We recommend continuing to exercise caution with unexpected or suspicious emails and reporting any concerns using the Outlook add-in.

Our team remains actively engaged, and we will provide further updates as service is fully restored.

Thank you for your continued patience.
